Today’s post is on the topic of bald NFL players. Last night Kansas City Chiefs pulled another comeback out of the hat with a late 4th quarter turnaround against the San Francisco 49ers. Trailing 20-10 with only 9 minutes remaining, the Chiefs somehow managed to run out 30-20 winners and lifted their first Vince Lombardi trophy in 50 years.
6 Most Famous Bald NFL Stars
Last night Jason Momoa jokingly revealed himself as a skinny, bald man in a TV advert for Rocket Mortgage, reminding all of us just how good a bald head can look! We thought that this reminder would be the perfect moment to celebrate some of the top bald NFL players in 2023, reminding us of the prowess that these men offer the game as well as the stylish looks they offer the world – take a look now!
1. Brian Hoyer
Brian Hoyer is an American football quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts and one of the few quarterbacks with a bald head. Even though Mr. Hoyer has pretty much no hair on top of his head it has to be said that he is one of the bald NFL players that can really rock the hairless look, leaving many fans impressed with his style even when his game isn’t on form. Of course, he would be a perfect candidate for hairline micropigmentation if he wanted to freshen up his look in 2023.
Do you think SMP would suit Brian? We did a mock photo just to see. We think he would look great!
2. Brian Urlacher
Hall of Famer Brian Urlacher’s bald head became an iconic part of the sport during his 13 years playing for the Chicago Bears. The former linebacker has been upfront about his journey with baldness that started when he began losing his hair in college resulting in him choosing to begin shaving his head as a rookie. He rocked the shaved head look well until he decided it was time to undergo a hair transplant. In all honesty, if he ever returns to the bald NFL player list, we won’t be disappointed!
3. Kirk Cousins
Back in 2013, the Minnesota Vikings quarterback was honest enough to share that he never realized he was going bald until he actually shaved his head clean of hair. Given how far his hairline has receded, it was quite a surprising thing to hear – although we guess he was probably just trying to play it down in public. He is yet another bald NFL player who has undergone a transplant – but we’re confident that will change as he gets older and embraces the bald look that suits him so well.
4. Justin Houston
The veteran linebacker was released by the Chiefs in 2019 and is most famous for finishing half a sack shy of Michael Strahan’s record all-time in 2014. The four-time Pro Bowler’s bald head is a strong look that he carries off effortlessly, although not much has been said about his baldness even though he’s one of the really popular bald NFL players! Now playing for the Indianapolis Colts still has a lot to give the game and he remains one of our favorite bald NFL players, so we can’t wait to see what he has to offer as he plays more games.
5. Wes Welker
Welker is another balding NFL player who has undergone a hair transplant. The former wide receiver and current 49ers coach will be licking his wounds after last night’s defeat. While he was still playing in 2013, Wes openly spoke about the hair restoration procedure and shared far more details than any of the other bald NFL players that have undergone a similar procedure. It’s a shame he wasn’t able to embrace the shaved look at the time, especially because it looked so great on him! Interestingly, after going through so much for his transplant, he is now rarely seen without a cap on. We think this is a big hint that his hairline isn’t as strong as it was straight after the transplant and so we will wait for him to show off his balding head once again in the future!
6. Malcolm Jenkins
After having surgery on his little finger in 2016, Jenkins decided to shave his head while still on painkillers. The Philadelphia Eagles’ safety has become known for his political activism off the pitch and the sharp beard and bald head are now an integral part of his everyday look We have to say that choosing to maintain a full beard was a great choice, as it helps to show off his baldness whilst helping him to retain a modern and stylish look! However, this bald NFL player may be playing for another team soon, if rumours are to be believed!
Do you think SMP is a good look on Malcolm?
